Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication, with professional interpersonal skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Professionalism and discretion handling confidential information.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>
