 The Human Resources Manager supports day-to-day HR operations across Red Palace, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance with internal standards and local labor regulations.
 
 
 This role acts as a key liaison between employees and the broader People &amp; Culture function, handling matters related to employee relations, HR systems, benefits administration, and general HR support.
 
 
 The HR Generalist plays a critical role in promoting a positive work culture, ensuring that HR practices are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the Group&rsquo;s values and operational goals.

 Employee Relations &amp; Support

 Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.

 Onboarding &amp; Offboarding

 Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including documentation, orientation, and system access.

 Facilitate offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement documentation.

 HR Systems &amp; Reporting

 Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate HR reports related to headcount, attrition, leaves, and other key metrics for leadership review.
 </li>

 Performance &amp; Development Support

 Assist in coordinating performance review cycles, reminders, and system access.
 </li>

 Support training logistics, nominations, and feedback collection across departments.

 QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations within hospitality or luxury service sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HR systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English required
 </li>
