We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager with a strong background in the elevator and escalator industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in service sales, customer relationship management, and portfolio growth within an elevator company. You will drive strong portfolio growth in both units and value while building long‑term customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesActively hunt for 3rd‑party (non‑Schindler) units and develop new customer relationships in Abu DhabiEnsure customer satisfaction and support complaint resolution in collaboration with internal teamsDocument and maintain accurate customer and contact informationManage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales budgets and pricing targetsProactively generate new business opportunities beyond the existing customer baseIdentify customer needs and match them with Schindler&rsquo;s solutionsMaintain complete and updated information on opportunities, tasks, and visits in the CRM systemWhat We&rsquo;re Looking ForEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to view situations from multiple perspectivesStrong team player who can motivate, inspire, and align others toward shared goalsQualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering; a Management degree is an added advantage4&ndash;8 years of experience in SalesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and SharePoint is an assetJob Type: Full-timePay: AED20,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
