As we embark on a new project, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution.Job Summary: The HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and Sub-contractors and with the consultant/client to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge consultant/client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.</li><li>Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Team Coordination: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Being the responsible Mechanical Engineer and reporting to the PM.
