Overview Job Title: Talent Resourcing Partner Location: Belfast (Onsite, Monday-Friday) About the role We're looking for a proactive and consultative recruiter to join our team as a Talent Resourcing Partner. This is a full-time onsite role based in Belfast, where you'll play a key part in delivering a high-quality recruitment service across both blue and white collar roles. Key Objectives of the Role <ul><li>Deliver a professional and engaging recruitment service aligned with client expectations and company standards.</li><li>Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each vacancy.</li><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Build strong relationships with candidates, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support recruitment campaigns and ensure compliance with all pre-placement requirements.</li></ul> Skills, Knowledge & Experience <ul><li>Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within MSP or RPO environments.</li><li>Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Experience working on complex accounts or high-volume recruitment programs.</li><li>Familiarity with blue collar recruitment and supplier management is highly desirable.</li></ul> Why should you join At Guidant Global, we're on a mission to change our industry for the better.
