Votre mission</b></h3><p>
MISSIONS:</p><p><br>
1. Develop Operations Philosophy:</p><ul><li>
Design a comprehensive operations philosophy tailored to the PDH/PPP site, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Define key operational objectives, performance indicators, and reporting structures.</li></ul><p>
2. Elaborate with the operation process</p><ul><li>
Define the scope of operation services: control room, chemical injection, sampling, etc.</li><li>
Evaluate the requirements in terms of subcontacting, means, major tools, storage requirements,</li><li>
Detail the requirement for the laboratory (tools and equipment)</li><li>
Perform risk assessments of operational activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation measures.</li></ul><p>
3. Operation Dimensioning</p><ul><li>
Define operation organization (positions, work patterns)</li><li>
Collaborate with Maintenance and Inspection engineering team, maintenance preparation team and the procurement team to estimate the annual operation budget.</li></ul><p>
4. Operational review</p><ul><li>
Review and comment all the design and engineering documents to ensure the operability of the plant.</li><li>
Participate to 3d model review and plot plan review to ensure accessibility and operability of equipment.</li></ul><p>
CONTRACT TERMS &amp; MOBILITY:</p><p>
Contract type : Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract</p><p>
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start short term missions overseas at client office and site</p><p>
Mobilization in Turkey as from January 2027 (or earlier)</p><p>
Site rotation : 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF</p><p>
Expected final project outcome :</p><p>
Strong engineering performance by end of 2026</p><p>
Successful execution of operations and plant shutdown/start-up on site from 2027 to 2033</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Votre profil</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).</li><li>
Advanced certifications in operations management or process safety</li><li>
English : B2 level mandatory</li><li>
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong advantage</li></ul><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 to 10 years&rsquo; experience as a production superintendent for an Oil &amp; Gas / a petrochemical site, with PDH / PP process
</li><li>Strong knowledge in UOP and Lyondelbasel process
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of operations philosophies, process safety, and performance management systems.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.<br>
Other</li><li>
Familiarity with international standards and best practices for operations and safety (e.g., API, ISO).</li><li>
Understanding of contractual and commercial expectations</li><li>
Strong HSE culture</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment</li><li>
High interpersonal skills</li><li>
Strong communication skills at different levels: technical teams to be supervised, with site top management, with operations, subcontractors and sales representatives</li><li>
Working under pressure</li><li>
