In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our extensive product portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Typical Accountabilities:</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Product Strategy &amp; Portfolio Management</b></div><ul>
<li>Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company objectives and market needs</li>
<li>Manage a portfolio of components through the entire product lifecycle&mdash;from concept and development to launch and phase-out</li>
<li>Conduct portfolio analysis to identify gaps, optimise offerings, and ensure a competitive market position</li><br>

<div><b>Market &amp; Customer Insight</b></div><ul>
<li>Analyse global market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to inform product development and positioning</li>
<li>Engage with key customers and industry stakeholders to gather Voice-of-Customer (VOC) insights</li>
<li>Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and value propositions</li><br>

<div><b>New Product Development (NPD)</b></div><ul>
<li>Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of new product development projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards</li>
<li>Develop business cases for new products, including market opportunity assessments and financial justification</li>
<li>Ensure new products comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, and sustainability goals</li><br>

<div><b>Commercial &amp; Financial Ownership</b></div><ul>
<li>Drive product profitability through effective pricing strategies, cost management, and margin optimisation</li>
<li>Monitor product performance, including revenue, volume, and profitability metrics; identify opportunities to improve</li>
<li>Support sales teams with product training, technical expertise, and customer-facing materials to drive growth</li><br>

<div><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></div><ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products</li>
<li>Ensure operational readiness by supporting demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production capacity alignment</li>
<li>Work with regional teams to address localised product requirements and support go-to-market initiatives</li>
<li>Drive increased product knowledge, including understanding manufacturing capabilities, material properties, product performance and end user applications</li>
<li>Maintain accuracy of product information that relates to attributes, lifecycle and sales enablement in conjunction with the Data and Product Information Management teams</li></ul><div><br>
</div><div><b>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance</b></div><ul>
<li>Ensure products meet all global regulatory, safety, and quality standards</li>
<li>Support resolution of customer quality issues and lead product improvement initiatives where needed</li><br>

<div><b>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business or related field</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios on a global scale</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge of Access Hardware or Mechanical Components products, applications and market</li>
<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain considerations</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret financial models</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Willingness to travel internationally to engage with customers, suppliers, and global teams</li><br>
