   Support the implementation of sourcing plans and strategies for Trade Marketing,, Experiential Marketing, Data and Insights, Innovation, and eCommerce spend categories

   Assist in identifying and developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy process to maximize the value of the company&rsquo;s investment in the categories listed above.
  </li>

   Proactively manage vendor contract life cycle to prepare the organization for contract renegotiations, extensions or renewals
  </li>

   Partner with key internal stakeholders to nurture and develop relationships with Constellation Brands&rsquo; partners and service providers
  </li>

   Lead supplier relationship management practices such as score carding and QBRs for assigned categories/suppliers.

   Support the build and execution of sourcing processes (RFx) for assigned category responsibilities.
  </li>

   Assist with the negotiation and drafting complex agreements with supply partners
  </li>

   Drive the tactical and strategic execution of the day-to-day plan to deliver consistent and sustainable savings and other elements of value capture

   Collaborate with the Corporate Procurement Center of Excellence to develop metrics, tools, and processes to properly track and communicate efficiencies across spend activities

   Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and requirements and external regulations related to responsible categories such as finance policy, procurement policy, code of conduct, etc.

</div><div><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, HR &ndash; Recruiting to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide administrative support for the recruiting function, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, facilitating background checks, and managing new hire paperwork, as well as providing support for internal hiring processes and talent acquisition audits.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
</div><div><p><b>Interview Scheduling</b>: Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Background Check Processes</b>: Facilitate background checks, verify I-9 documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</p>
</div><div><p><b>New Hire Paperwork</b>: Manage and process new hire paperwork, including offer letters, contracts, and benefits enrollment.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Internal Hiring Process</b>: Provide backup sourcing support on external searches and assist with internal hiring processes, including job postings and candidate management.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Talent Acquisition Audits</b>: Assist with internal audits of talent acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Laptop Ordering and Distribution</b>: Coordinate the ordering and distribution of laptops for new hires, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Reporting and Analytics</b>: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track recruiting metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Process Improvement</b>: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting function.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Indirect Supervision</b>: Provide indirect supervision and guidance to a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Coordinators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
</div><div><p><b>Business Acumen</b>: Strong understanding of business operations and recruiting principles.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Technical Proficiency</b>: Proficiency in HR systems, including Workday, Avature, and Microsoft Office.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Communication Skills</b>: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Project Management</b>: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Attention to Detail</b>: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Customer Service</b>: Passion for providing excellent customer service, with a focus on candidate experience and satisfaction.</p>
</div><div><p><b>Leadership</b>: Ability to provide indirect supervision and guidance to a team of coordinators, with a focus on development and growth.</p>

</div><div><p><b>Recruiting Experience</b>: Previous experience in a recruiting or HR role, with a focus on coordination and administration.</p>

<p><b>New Hire Base Salary Range:</b></p>
<p>$61,000.00 &ndash; $76,200.00</p>
<p><b>Bonus:</b> This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.</p>

The position provides leadership and strategic perspective to the University of Chicago&rsquo;s Practice Support Coach Team within the UChicago primary and specialty care network, including both employed and independent providers in our 7-hospital system. This role collaborates with physicians, care teams, and leadership to implement evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes. The Quality Nurse Manager will oversee reporting of manually abstracted quality data, and continuous process improvement efforts to optimize clinical performance within the network.</div><div></div><div><br>
Essential Job Functions:</div><ul><li>
Work with network providers to establish best practices for care delivery and patient engagement and quality scores by leading performance improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Educate independent practices on documentation standards for registry metrics extracted from the EMR (eCQM, etc.)</li><li>
Support quality reporting for programs such as Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), commercial value-based contracts, and other accountable care initiatives. Ensure compliance with CMS, NCQA, and other regulatory and accreditation requirements related to quality, patient safety, and value-based care as required by payer contracts. Collaborate with payers, clinical and operational teams to drive patient-centered care improvements.</li><li>
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and network performance utilizing clinical and operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.</li><li>
Participate in Quality &amp; Performance Committee, workgroups, and provider education sessions.</li><li>
Maintain professional development and other job duties as assigned.</li><li>
The Quality Nurse Manager will be a people manager with a minimum of 4 direct reports and possibly indirect reports with expansion. Oversight budget responsibility includes management of practice support coaches.
 </li></ul><div>Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality improvement, population health, or performance measurement within a healthcare setting. Experience working with a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), Accountable Care Organization (ACO), or value-based care programs. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; able to take complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Previous management experience preferred.</li></ul><div>
Licensure:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in nursing required, Master of Science preferred</li><li>

The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis.
