Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, HR – Recruiting to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide administrative support for the recruiting function, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, facilitating background checks, and managing new hire paperwork, as well as providing support for internal hiring processes and talent acquisition audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Background Check Processes: Facilitate background checks, verify I-9 documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

New Hire Paperwork: Manage and process new hire paperwork, including offer letters, contracts, and benefits enrollment.

Internal Hiring Process: Provide backup sourcing support on external searches and assist with internal hiring processes, including job postings and candidate management.

Talent Acquisition Audits: Assist with internal audits of talent acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Laptop Ordering and Distribution: Coordinate the ordering and distribution of laptops for new hires, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track recruiting metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting function.

Indirect Supervision: Provide indirect supervision and guidance to a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Coordinators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.

Requirements:

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and recruiting principles.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR systems, including Workday, Avature, and Microsoft Office.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Customer Service: Passion for providing excellent customer service, with a focus on candidate experience and satisfaction.

Leadership: Ability to provide indirect supervision and guidance to a team of coordinators, with a focus on development and growth.

Nice to Have:

Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in a recruiting or HR role, with a focus on coordination and administration.

Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification, or willingness to obtain.

Analytics: Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and insights.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$61,000.00 – $76,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
