Monitor concrete, asphalt, aggregates, backfilling materials, pipes, utilities, and other construction materials used on the project.</li><li>
Review quality records, test reports, certificates, and inspection documentation.</li><li>
Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to the Resident Engineer and Project Management team.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with applicable local authority requirements, international standards, and project specifications.</li><li>
Participate in quality meetings and support project audits and inspections.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>
Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, and materials engineering on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.</li><li>
Previous experience working on ports, marine, roads, utilities, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.</li><li>
Experience working within a PMC, engineering consultancy, or supervision consultant environment is preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of construction materials, laboratory testing procedures, and quality management systems.</li><li>
Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, and local UAE standards.</li><li>
Proficient in preparing technical reports and reviewing quality documentation.</li><li>
Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>
Experience on Abu Dhabi government, transportation, marine, or port infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.</li><li>
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi quality standards and authority requirements.</li><li>
Professional certifications related to quality management are an advantage.</li></ul></div>
