 Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is a must.

 10+ years of experience in a merch planning &amp; inventory management, preferably in apparel &amp; fashion

 Key Responsibilities

 Ensure accuracy of inventory records and manage the end-to-end material supply process, from procurement to delivery.

 Qualifications

 Education
 
 : Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical). A master&rsquo;s degree or professional certification in supply chain/logistics is an advantage.

 Experience
 
 : Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in material planning, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or related functions, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in mining, heavy industry, or industrial supply chain management is preferred.

 Technical Skills
 
 : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, warehouse operations, and production planning cycles.
