Sales Performance &amp; Revenue Achievement<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across cybersecurity, network infrastructure, IT managed services, cloud.</li><li>Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance against company growth objectives.</li><li>Develop and execute account and territory strategies to expand market presence.</li></ul>2. Account Management<ul><li>Manage and grow key customer accounts through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.</li><li>Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads) to ensure long-term business partnerships.</li><li>Conduct regular account reviews to monitor satisfaction, performance, and new opportunities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.</li></ul>3. Internal Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate with project delivery, procurement, and finance teams for accurate project scoping, billing, and on-time delivery.</li><li>Provide market intelligence and client feedback to operations and product management teams.</li><li>Support management with accurate sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of ICT or systems integration sales experience in Qatar or the GCC.</li><li>Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
