 Minimum employee span handled in the past 1000+&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 At least 5+ years in IT services or consulting services companies&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, Technology or related fields + Master&rsquo;s/MBA in Human Resources&nbsp;
 </li>

 Preferred:
