The role

Demonstrated experience with large-diameter transmission pipelines, utility networks, or major water conveyance systems.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methodologies, welding and jointing practices, pressure testing, quality assurance, and inspection procedures.</li><li>
Proven experience managing both pipeline and associated civil works activities during construction phases.</li><li>
Experience reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, contractor documentation, and construction methodologies.</li><li>
Knowledge of pipeline commissioning, operational readiness, and asset handover processes.</li><li>
Experience with trenchless works, utility crossings, road crossings, or complex pipeline installation environments.</li><li>
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical reporting skills with strong English language proficiency.</li></ul>
