2. QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical,) or equivalent from an accredited university with Tweleve (12) years of relevant experience in the completion/turnover within commissioning / operation readiness environment with experience in GCC region as preference. Must have at least (5) years of experience in a similar position in Oil &amp; Gas or Petrochemical projects with preference of commissioning sour gas, Utilities, Power Steam and Generation and air separation projects. Well verse with Completion Management System as user, and reporting application are preferred. Familiar with large database populations checking and quantifying completion data.
4. ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Leadership and Management:</li></ul><ul><li>
Support systemization activities, including system and subsystem definition.</li><li>
Provide advice and support for Onshore Completion Lead and Sr. Commissioning Manager as and when required.</li><li>
Review completion/turnover deliverables issued by EPC Contractor.</li><li>
Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.</li><li>
Participate in completion and commissioning meetings and other related meetings.</li><li>
Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance.</li><li>

To ensure Project Completion Management System Database populations are reliable for project tracking and monitoring prior to completion acceptance.</li><li>

 Supervise construction activities, including tower erection, conductor stringing, and installation of hardware and accessories, to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

 <li>
 Conduct regular site inspections, conduct HSE auditing the work and reporting, quality assurance checks to monitor progress, identify issues, and resolve construction-related challenges in a timely manner, conduct regular progress review meeting, project scope review and verification, witnessing site acceptance and factory acceptance test and commissioning of the line.

 Verify all the as built documents. Verification and certification of materials and work measurements and complete the project closeout process.

 Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits and NOC, drawings, and reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate project communication and reporting.

 Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, supporting the Principal Resident Engineer or Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients, addressing technical inquiries, resolving disputes, and mitigating project risks.

 </li>
