Working closely with Executive TA Business Partners and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic insights, market intelligence, and expert recommendations that support critical hiring decisions.</p><p>
Your primary focus will be on proactive market mapping, candidate identification, and engagement for senior leadership roles (Vice President and above). You will build strong talent pipelines, nurture relationships with prospective candidates, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the assessment and selection stages, culminating in high-quality shortlist presentations.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks.</p></li><li><p>
Deliver assigned number of open, future and market mapping search projects, managing interfaces with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment outcomes and quality of hire, time to hire and cost of hire standards are met.</p></li><li><p>
Contribute to the development of search strategies through market research and understanding market trends, identifying talent movement, and constantly calibrating with Executive TA Business Partners and hiring managers on identifying the best talent for the role.</p></li><li><p>
Promote best practices using the selection framework, coaching hiring managers where necessary and taking ultimate responsibility for high quality hiring decisions and meeting quality of hire metrics Responsible for drafting candidate reports, progress reports and shortlist presentations through ensuring that all communication is coherent, with focus on quality and detail.</p></li><li><p>
Continually contributes to the knowledge base of the Executive Recruitment team by sharing industry insights, latest recruitment best practices and innovative digital tools. Contributes to the development of innovative ways to raise the bar on how Qatar Airways Recruits leadership talent.</p></li><li><p>
Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes.</p></li><li><p>

Strong experience in Executive candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and delivering high-quality shortlists.</p></li><li><p>
Rich career in senior hire or executive recruitment either with an agency or inhouse team</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with global recruitment models and ability to manage multiple Executive-level hires.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.</p></li><li><p>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage talent insights for decision-making.</p></li><li><p>
