 The Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) Expert will leverage deep domain knowledge to execute a diverse range of leadership and talent consulting projects. This individual will play a key role in partnering with other members of the LAS team and client teams across industries and functions to sell and deliver holistic leadership advisory solutions.  The Expert will develop complex business development presentations that require innovative thinking and will work autonomously alongside senior consultants on client mandates.  Drive implementation of leadership advisory solutions together with consultants, including leadership assessment, team effectiveness programs, cultural transformation initiatives, and capability-building workshops.

 General Qualifications

 5 years of direct experience in understanding of corporate sustainability and climate strategy, including global reporting frameworks for ESG and impact reporting (e.g. SASB, TCFD, GRI, etc.) and common ESG raters and rankers
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree on sustainability studies is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to conduct journalistic interviews and workshops with senior executives
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful track record in sales and client retention
 </li>
 <li>
 Rigorous planner and excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities, delegating effectively, and contributing expertise to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with a track record of problem-solving and proactive collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed- and growth-orientated; intellectually curious
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a remote-first company
 </li>
 <li>

 Public track record in corporate sustainability, climate strategy with published reports, thought leadership, podcasts, and other channels

 Prior work experience in corporate sustainability, climate strategy, and environmental justice
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in CSRD and knowledge in TSRS procedures
 </li>
