 Contract Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements such as operator contracts, NDAs, vendor contracts, service agreements, employment contracts, lease deeds, and partnership agreements.
 </li>

 Ensure that all contracts are legally sound, commercially viable, and in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a central repository of all executed contracts and track renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations.
 </li>

 Litigation Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Coordinate with external counsel for ongoing litigation and legal notices, including tracking case progress, maintaining case records, and ensuring timely filing of documents.

 Assist in preparing legal responses, affidavits, and documentation for court matters, regulatory filings, or arbitration proceedings.

 Maintain an updated litigation tracker and provide periodic reports to management on case status and risks.
