   Diploma: Minimum 3 Years of experience in rolling mills as a guide fitter including mill guide fittings, alignment and basic mechanical maintenance.

   Relevant Experience may include the following:

   Experience in rolling mills process and operation or similar heavy mill process plants.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience coordinating with mill operators, stand fitters, and maintenance during outages and cobble recovery.

   Ability to identify bar rubbing, twisting, vibration, or misalignment issues.

   Knowledge of basic equipment calibration, adjustment, and operation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in basic root-cause identification for guide-related problems.
  </li>

   Knowledgeable in operating and adjusting machinery safely and correctly.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to operate heavy equipment such as overhead crane and forklift. (Advantage)

   Can read drawings and have knowledge in basic scientific calculations. (Advantage)

   Knowledge of basic welding, gas cutting and simple fabrication.

   Ability to maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

   Strong adherence to safety Standards, SOPs lockout/tagout, and emergency procedures
