Day-to-Day
Fuel growth in America's Test Kitchen's Digital Subscription business by delivering insights around consumer behavior, including:

What You Bring to the Team
Required:
<ul><li>5-7 years of experience in applying data &amp; analysis to drive customer growth, customer loyalty, or similar organizational objectives</li>

<li>Hands-on technical experience with modern data platforms and analytics tools:

General position summary:
The R&amp;D Quality Assurance (RDQA) Director, as part of the Analytics and Centers of Excellence (ACE) vertical, is responsible for providing leadership, management, operational oversight and effective delivery of both large- and small-scale ACE initiatives in support of all verticals within RDQA and other related Vertex Quality organizations. These initiatives are focused on building a robust process / data rich landscape that empowers teams through standards and a data-driven decision-making culture as well as integrating and standardizing operations, processes, information, data, and technology to advance and align the capabilities, competencies, and outputs with high value goals / strategy. The Director is expected to optimize interdisciplinary understanding and teamwork within RDQA to maximize productivity and is accountable for the results of line staff.
