The Senior Document Controller is responsible for managing, controlling, and coordinating all project documentation in accordance with PMC procedures, client standards, and project requirements. This role ensures accurate document flow between contractors, vendors, and the client while maintaining full traceability and compliance.</div>

<ul><li>Establish and maintain the document control system in line with PMC and client standards
</li><li>Manage the receipt, logging, distribution, tracking, and filing of all project documents
</li><li>Ensure all documentation is correctly numbered, classified, and archived
</li><li>Maintain up-to-date document registers and trackers (e.g., MDR, transmittals, drawing registers)

Education and experience

Sports Scientist and Data Analyst

 The Shubeita laboratory in the program of Physics, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a Post-Doctoral Associate or Associate Research Scientist to work on unravelling principles that drive cellular organization.
 
 
 The successful applicant will lead research projects to study the interplay between active cytoskeletal transport, cytoskeletal organization, and the physical driving forces of macromolecular crowding. Research will take place within a multidisciplinary group of Post-doctoral and Pre-doctoral researchers trained in physics, biology, and chemistry with whom the successful candidate will collaborate closely.
 
 
 Applicants must have a PhD in physics or biological physics. Excellent analytical skills are required and prior experience in soft matter or biological physics research is preferable. Prior experience in the experimental techniques used in the lab such as optical tweezers and quantitative imaging is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be appointed as a Postdoctoral Associate if they received their PhD within the past five years, or as an Associate Research Scientist if more than five years have elapsed since the degree was awarded.

 The Center for Brain and Health (CBH) at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to recruit a Junior Research Scientist to support innovative clinical and translational research on brain health and disease in diverse populations within the UAE and wider MENA region.
 
 
 The successful applicant will play a central role in the day-to-day execution of human-subjects research studies, working within a multidisciplinary team of faculty investigators, research assistants, clinicians, and students. The position involves coordinating clinical and observational research protocols that integrate advanced neuroimaging, neuromonitoring, and behavioural methods, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, participant safety, and high-quality data collection.
 
 
 Key responsibilities include coordinating participant recruitment and workflow (pre-screening, informed consent, scheduling, and follow-up), maintaining regulatory and ethics documentation, liaising with clinical partners and imaging facilities, and overseeing clinical aspects of MRI, EEG, and MEG sessions. The Junior Research Scientist / Clinical Coordinator will also contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, support training of research assistants and students, track study progress and recruitment metrics, and assist with grant applications, ethics submissions, and progress reporting. The role works closely with dedicated neuroimaging and research assistants who focus on technical data acquisition, imaging pipelines, and analysis, while the Clinical Coordinator leads clinical governance and participant-facing workflows.
 
 
 Applicants must hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in psychology, neuroscience, biomedical sciences, nursing, or a related field; a Master&rsquo;s degree or clinical qualification (e.g., nursing, allied health, clinical psychology) is strongly preferred. Candidates should have 2&ndash;3 years of experience coordinating human-subjects research or clinical trials, ideally in neurology, psychiatry, or related areas, and demonstrated familiarity with ethical and regulatory requirements for human research. Junior Research Scientist in the Center for Quantum and Topological Systems (CQTS) – Dr. Hisham Sati

 The Perception and Active Cognition (PAC) Lab at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) is seeking an Emirati Junior Research Scientist for a 30-month position supporting a collaborative research project between NYUAD and the National Academy of Childhood Development (NACD), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority. Applicants with a background in psychology, neuroscience, linguistics and developmental psychology are encouraged to apply. Terms of employment include competitive salary and benefits.
 
 
 This role involves on-site work across NYUAD and NACD facilities and focuses on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience and linguistics. The ideal candidate will contribute to study design, stimulus preparation, data collection, and data analysis, working closely with NYUAD researchers and NACD stakeholders. The position also involves direct interaction with Emirati participants of all ages recruited through NACD, requiring strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
 
 
 Candidates must hold a bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent, though a master&rsquo;s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with psycholinguistics, strong computational skills, and a background in developmental psychology or neuroscience.  The research group of Prof. Ingyin Zaw at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) is seeking to add a Research Scientist in Extragalactic Astronomy to study the impact Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) have on their host galaxies. Applicants with a background analyzing and interpreting astrophysical data, in particular the statistical analysis of data obtained by large surveys, are encouraged to apply.  Research in the Prof. Zaw&rsquo;s group focuses AGN activity and feedback which are critical components of current theories of galaxy evolution. Project include collaborations with researchers in Physics program and Center for Astrophysics and Space Science (CASS) at NYU Abu Dhabi, as well as researchers at the Center for Cosmology and Particle Physics (CCPP) at NYU New York. Researchers are NYUAD have access to numerous high performance computing facilities, as well as access to sponsored time on several observing facilitates.
 
 
 Responsibilities of the position include using advanced statistical and Machine Learning techniques to study AGN properties, galaxy properties, and the relationships between them in large samples of galaxies, as well as participating in other research activities of the group.
 
 
 Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree, or equivalent, in Physics, Astronomy, Astrophysics or related field, and at least 6 years of research experience (Excluding the years taken to complete their PhD). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing and interpreting astrophysical data &ndash; especially that obtained from larger surveys, and strong computational skills. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience and interest in using advanced statistical / machine learning techniques to study the correlation between variables.
