   Prior internship or project experience in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field is preferred, ideally within a similar industry (engineering consultancy, construction, manufacturing, etc.).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
  </li>
