Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.</li><li>Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf&eacute; equipment safely.</li><li>Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks and food items.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area.</li><li>Restock supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed.</li><li>Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts accurately.</li><li>Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.</li><li>Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Assist with opening and closing duties of the caf&eacute;.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Barista or in food &amp; beverage service is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and caf&eacute; equipment operation.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Basic math and cash-handling skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
