Job Purpose
The Senior Manager &ndash; Market Conduct Risk is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing the Bank's independent Market Conduct Risk Framework as part of the Second Line of Defence, ensuring effective oversight of conduct risks across the Bank in accordance with the UAE Central Bank Consumer Protection Regulation, Consumer Protection Standards, Market Conduct Risk-Based Supervision Framework, SME Customer Protection Regulation and other applicable regulatory requirements.
The role is responsible for providing independent challenge and oversight over the effectiveness of the First Line's management of conduct risks throughout the customer lifecycle, promoting fair customer outcomes, strengthening conduct culture, overseeing market conduct governance arrangements, assessing emerging conduct risks using a risk-based supervisory approach, and providing assurance and reporting to Senior Management, the Board and relevant Board Committees.

Key Accountabilities
Governance and Oversight<ul><li>
Ensure the bank's conduct risk policy is reviewed regularly by senior management in accordance with regulatory requirements</li><li>

 Verifying the documents of the candidates as per PQR (Professional Qualification Requirements).
 
 Sending Job Offer to selected candidates and following up with them with regard to their acceptance or rejection of the offer, tentative date of joining, etc.
 
 Facilitating pre-employment medical checkup and making sure the candidate is fit to join the hospital.
 
 Applying facility license for the candidates and making sure that it will be ready on the time frame given for onboarding.
 
 Applying Medical Malpractice insurance once the license is ready.
 
 Applying Employment visa/labor permit for the candidates.
 
 Applying health insurance for the candidates.
 
 Provide an HR Induction before the candidates get on boarded.
 
 Onboarding of the newly joined employees.
 
 Preparing the welcome kit and hand over to the newly joined employee on his/her first day and officially introducing him/her to the Senior Management as well as the Heads of various Departments.
 
 Maintaining the employees&rsquo; files in the system as per the JCIA requirements.
 
 Time and attendance and leave management of all employees and furnishing relevant data to the finance department for computation of monthly pay of employees.
 
 Monitoring performance of employees by maintaining a track of their probation, and appraisals.
 
 Applying, monitoring and keeping a track of the new/renewal of visa/labor of the employees.
 
 Preparing monthly manpower reports and KPI&rsquo;s.
 
 Preparing and facilitating the end of service of the resigned employees.</div>
