 We are seeking a technically strong and result-oriented
 
 Mechanical Site Engineer
 
 with solid GCC project experience in MEP works.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and execute
 
 HVAC, Plumbing &amp; Fire Fighting (MEP) installations at site

 Ensure works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, IFC drawings, method statements, ITPs, and project specifications.

 Review and coordinate
 
 RFI, MIR, WIR, IR submissions
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle ducting installation, chilled water piping (CHW), FCU/AHU installation, VRF systems, drainage &amp; water supply piping, firefighting piping &amp; pump systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor pressure testing, hydro testing, duct leakage testing,
 
 TAB
 
 (Testing, Adjusting &amp; Balancing) activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare BOQ verification, quantity take-off, material submittals, and procurement follow-up.
 </li>

 Coordinate with
 
 consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, and planning teams
 
 .
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with
 
 DEWA, Civil Defense, DM regulations, and HSE standards
 
 .
 </li>

 Maintain daily progress reports and monitor project schedule as per baseline program.
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering.

 Minimum 3 years GCC experience in MEP contracting company.

 ASHRAE standards, SMACNA ducting standards, NFPA firefighting systems.

 Experience in high-rise / villa / commercial projects preferred.
