The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in MEP systems, and a proven ability to manage maintenance teams while ensuring high service standards, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department.</li><li>Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for MEP systems.</li><li>Supervise and support maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.</li><li>Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Review and approve quotations prepared by Service Engineers before submission to clients.</li><li>Coordinate manpower allocation and deployment across multiple maintenance sites.</li><li>Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct periodic visits to major clients to strengthen relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the financial performance of maintenance operations and recommend improvements.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.</li><li>Develop maintenance schedules and monitor team performance.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.</li><li>Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and performance metrics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health &amp; safety standards, and company procedures.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and building maintenance systems.</li><li>Experience managing maintenance contracts, budgets, and large maintenance teams.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness with experience reviewing quotations and monitoring financial performance.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
