Job Description</b><p><br>
To lead and manage the MEP Procurement function across tenders and awarded projects. The role is responsible for managing a team of six, assuring consistent procurement governance across the Middle East region, obtaining pricing for tender estimates (mechanical, electrical, ELV, BMS, HVAC, wet services, fire, etc.), reviewing tender documentation during bid stage, developing vendor strategies, and executing the full procurement cycle once projects are awarded (from RFQs to selection, technical-commercial alignment, negotiation, and final award). The role ensures alignment with corporate governance, commercial risk appetite, and company strategic sourcing objectives.</p><ul><li>
Routine Jobs:<ul><li>
Lead all MEP RFQ issuance, price collection, scope alignment, and commercial clarifications at tender stage.</li><li>
Review tender documents (specifications, drawings, BoQs) and highlight technical and commercial risks to Tender and Engineering teams.</li><li>
Develop procurement strategies for major MEP packages per category (HVAC, electrical, ELV, plumbing, etc.).</li><li>
Maintain and update the approved vendor database and preferred bidder lists.</li><li>
Drive technical and commercial alignment between Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.</li><li>
Ensure correct contractual risk provisions (back-to-back with Main Contract and Golden Rules).</li><li>
