 <li>
 Middle East/ADNOC project experience is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent certifications.

 Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.

 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
