As Project Installation &amp; Commissioning Manager (Project ICM) your strategic role is to coordinate the Installation &amp; Commissioning phase of the complete project scope of supply, from Project Handover to Project Execution Closure. How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact<ul><li>
You are assigned to several projects in Middle East and in this role, you support the Global Project Manager(s) in leading the negotiations and the execution of the local booked Installation &amp; Commissioning (I&amp;C) contracts.

What You Bring
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, (or foreign degree equivalent) with between 6 to 8 years track record of Site Supervisory Management in the Oil &amp; Gas Industry in a similar position, where Installation &amp; Commissioning as well onshore as Offshore of &ldquo;Rotating Equipment&rdquo; has been the focal point.
</li><li>Preferably in-depth Centrifugal Compressor (Hands on) experience.
</li><li>Knowledge of Compression installations such as Control Systems, Anti surge systems, Anti pulsation systems, Seal-gas systems, lube oil systems and different driver types like Steam Turbines, Gas Turbine, E - Motor and VFD systems.
</li><li>Proven leadership skills with decision-making abilities as related to maintaining and completing the I&amp;C activities with Time, Material and Budget.
</li><li>Proven Strong Team player skills with Cross regional teams involved.

Role Purpose
<ul><li>Lead piping engineering activities on small to large projects and/or support the Principal/Lead Engineer in managing piping engineering on major scopes, delivering safe, compliant and constructible designs in an EPC/EPCM environment.

<ul><li>Demonstrate visible commitment to HSE and promote safe behaviours; comply with project and corporate HSE requirements in all work activities.
</li><li>Participate in SEAL alignment and hazard/risk assessment workshops and incorporate outcomes into piping engineering deliverables and decisions.
</li><li>Apply Safety in Design principles (ALARP / hierarchy of controls) and ensure hazards/risks are identified, communicated and managed through design and reviews.
</li></ul></li><li>Project Execution, Leadership &amp; Delivery Management
<ul><li>Plan, schedule and deliver assigned piping engineering scope to meet project milestones, quality requirements and budgeted hours.
</li><li>Supervise and guide piping and junior engineers/designers; provide coaching, checking/back-checking and technical direction.
</li><li>Support development of discipline CTRs/estimates, progress reporting, and deliverables tracking for assigned work packages.
</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Piping Lead/Principal on priorities, risks, constraints and interface resolution (inter-discipline, vendor, subcontractor and client).

<ul><li>Review project scope, design basis, specifications and design criteria; apply relevant international codes and customer standards (including ADNOC where applicable).
</li><li>Develop and check piping layouts and engineering deliverables ensuring safe access/egress, operability, maintainability and constructability; support plot plan and 3D model reviews.
</li><li>Coordinate piping routing and layout interfaces with process, mechanical, civil/structural, E&amp;I and HSE; identify clashes and drive closure via agreed actions.
</li><li>Provide technical input for offshore brownfield constraints including tie-in feasibility, space/weight limitations, installation methodology considerations and shutdown/workpack requirements (as applicable to scope).

<ul><li>Perform and/or review piping stress analysis using project-approved software and manual methods as required; ensure compliance with the project-adopted code and stress criteria.
</li><li>Develop and maintain stress deliverables such as stress critical line lists, stress sketches, stress reports and stress sign-off/approval status for isometrics.
</li><li>Evaluate static and dynamic effects as applicable (thermal expansion, wind/seismic, PSV reaction, vibration, surge/slug) and define mitigation actions through routing and support optimisation.
</li><li>Define pipe support requirements and coordinate support philosophy with civil/structural; prepare/verify support loads, anchor/guide forces, nozzle loads and load transmittals.
</li><li>Support resolution of stress-related technical queries, site issues and modifications with practical engineering judgement

<ul><li>Prepare and/or review piping material specifications and line classes (PMS / Line Class Index) aligned with service conditions, corrosion/material selection inputs and applicable codes/standards.
</li><li>Prepare and/or check datasheets and specifications for valves, flanges, fittings, bolting, gaskets and special piping items; manage technical clarifications and deviations.
</li><li>Prepare and/or validate MTOs and material take-offs for procurement; ensure accuracy, completeness and change control.
</li><li>Support procurement activities including Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), SDRL requirements and vendor document review/approval for piping-related items.

</li><li>Identify scope deviations and support change management by providing technical inputs to impact assessments and variation documentation as required.

<ul><li>Provide construction support including RFIs/field queries, drawing interpretation, and design modifications required during fabrication/installation.
