We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to support the efficient delivery of day‑to‑day operational activities across the business. Key Ownership &amp; Accountability</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Coordinate and own the execution of operational tasks and workflows, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain accurate operational records, logs and reports to support decision making and performance tracking.</p></li><li><p>
Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners for day‑to‑day operational queries and escalations.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure compliance with company policies, health &amp; safety requirements and any applicable regulatory obligations.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Core Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Manage daily operational activities including scheduling, resource coordination and task allocation to internal teams and third‑party suppliers.</p></li><li><p>
Support project and programme teams by coordinating meetings, producing minutes, tracking actions and monitoring project timelines.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare, review and distribute operational reports, KPI dashboards and management information to relevant stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain and update standard operating procedures, process maps and operational documentation; recommend improvements to increase efficiency.</p></li><li><p>
Support procurement activities including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries and liaising with suppliers to resolve issues.</p></li><li><p>
Administer operational systems and tools, manage user access where appropriate and coordinate with IT for system changes or incidents.</p></li><li><p>
Support onboarding of new team members from an operational perspective, including equipment allocation, systems access and induction coordination.</p></li><li><p>

Proven experience in an operational, coordination or administrative role within a fast‑paced environment.</p></li><li><p>
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage time effectively.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders at different levels.</p></li><li><p>
Comfortable using business systems (for example ERP, CRM or task management tools) and confident creating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets.</p></li><li><p>
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Educated to A‑level or equivalent; a degree or relevant professional qualification is advantageous but not required.</p></li><li><p>

 As the

  Fitness Center Specialist / Backup Cashier
 </strong>
 , you execute successful operations of physical fitness and wellness programs, recreational programs and social activities, including the operation and maintenance of recreational facilities. The Specialist shall actively engage with customers regarding programs and events and shall encourage participation. The Specialist shall be present at events to effectively execute and monitor the programs. Duties will include cashier functions, setup and hosting of activities and events, inventory control and counting, customer service, retail support, library and learning resource support, alcohol service &amp; sales, and other duties as assigned.

 The Specialist must have the ability to assist in execution and officiating of all fitness events inclusive of but not exclusive to intramural league sports, weightlifting competitions, 5Ks, 10Ks, Biggest Loser, marathons, and fitness tournaments. Must have a basic knowledge of fitness programs, sports, officiating rules, and fitness equipment.

   Assist in event management inclusive but not exclusive to officiating recreation sporting events, fitness events, reporting participation, announcing rules of engagement, and setup &amp; teardown of event.

   Assist in creation of fitness calendars and marketing flyers ensuring 120-day calendar planned with fitness events.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform headcounts and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner to all patrons of facility.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage customer concerns and or complaints providing conflict resolution and timely action on all concerns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in maintaining outside facilities inclusive of ball fields, sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and other exterior facilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in maintaining inside facilities inclusive but not exclusive to trash removal, equipment checks, and overall cleanliness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong working knowledge of fitness training and exercises.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs other related duties needed/required to support the mission.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fitness operations occur 24 hours a day and candidate must be able to work shift as assigned inclusive of either dayshift or nightshift.
  </li>
  <li>
   Shall perform NAF re-sale cashier operations inclusive of cashiering, funds control, and conformance to all local operating instructions and policies inclusive of handling and selling alcohol products.
  </li>
