Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Digital Lending?<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in digital lending, fintech, or product management, ideally within a financial services environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in API-based product development, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Understanding of credit risk frameworks, financial modeling, and portfolio management principles.</li></ul>
