What is Stream Head Finance Operations?

Stream head finance operations is responsible for leading and managing finance operational processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and strong internal controls. This role oversees end-to-end finance service delivery including accounts payable, order to cash, record to report, financial operations systems, and shared services governance. The position ensures high-quality service delivery, continuous process improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

What does Stream Head Finance Operations do?

• Lead finance operations (AP, O2C and R2R).
• Ensure timely month-end closure, reconciliations, and compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP optimization.
• Lead and mentor the finance operations team.
• Collaborate with business units, auditors, and key stakeholders.
• Report performance metrics and resolve operational issues promptly..

What are we looking for?

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW).
• 10+ years of finance operations experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, IFRS, internal controls, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
• Demonstrated leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
• Must be business acumen.
