 On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Operations Manager who is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the coffee chain, ensuring operational excellence, consistency of brand standards, profitability, and people development. The role focuses on SOP development and implementation, succession planning, training &amp; coaching of store teams, and full P&amp;L ownership.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop, review, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.

 Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, food safety, quality control, and customer service.

 <li>
 Conduct regular operational audits and corrective action plans.

 <li>
 Drive efficiency, cost control, and productivity improvements across stores.
 </li>

 Design and implement succession planning for key operational and store leadership roles.

 Identify high-potential employees and create structured development plans.
