 The Techno-Functional HRMS Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing IT solutions, and implementing Oracle EBS HRMS modules. The role involves requirement gathering, process automation, application development, testing, end-user training, and ongoing system support.  Key Responsibilities:

 Self Service, HRMS, Payroll, iRecruitment, and OLM

 Manage and follow up on Service Requests (SRs) raised with Oracle Support.

 <li>
 Document all project-related activities including requirement analysis, system configurations, and user manuals.

 Provide system administration support when required.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 8 years of experience in Applications Development
 
 , with a strong focus on Oracle HRMS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications in Oracle HRMS Development / Self-Service track preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Solutions, particularly HRMS modules (Self Service, HRMS, Payroll, iRecruitment, OLM, Appraisal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Reports Builder, and AME workflow development

 Proven background in both functional (business analysis, workshops, training) and technical (programming, system configuration) areas.
