 10 years of progressive advance experience
 
 in Human Resources, payroll, administrative affairs and corporate communication, including solid managerial experience at least 5 years of team lead
 </li>

 Fluency in English, both advanced written and spoken. Second language is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of Labor Law (Law No. 4857), Social Security regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze and monitor HR trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in team building and leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent internal/ external communication and teamwork skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP or Logo)
 </li>
