The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings related to chilled water networks, plant piping systems, and associated MEP services.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings for chilled water pipeline and district cooling plant projects.</li><li>Draft layouts for CHW supply &amp; return pipelines, valve chambers, expansion joints, and pipe supports.</li><li>Prepare coordinated MEP drawings for pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, piping manifolds, and plant room equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation teams.</li><li>Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ADDC/Tabreed/consultant standards and project specifications.</li><li>Maintain drawing revisions, records, and submission logs.</li><li>Assist engineers in preparing technical submissions and quantity take-offs.</li></ul>RequirementsDiploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.7&ndash;10 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman.Strong experience in District Cooling Plant and Chilled Water Pipeline projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.Knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit MEP is an added advantage.Good understanding of district cooling network layouts, piping isometrics, and plant equipment arrangements.UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory.Preferred Experience<ul><li>District Cooling Plants (DCP)</li><li>Chilled Water Transmission &amp; Distribution Networks</li><li>Pre-insulated Steel Piping Systems</li><li>Valve Chambers &amp; Underground Utility Corridors</li><li>Pump Rooms &amp; Energy Transfer Stations (ETS)</li><li>Plant Room MEP Coordination</li><li>As-built Documentation &amp; Utility Record Drawings</li></ul>Immediate joining preferred.Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
