Job Description 
Plumber
This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plumbing systems and related mechanical equipment in the hotel.<ul><li>
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, fixtures, and hot water systems throughout the hotel.</li><li>
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies related to plumbing from hotel staff only.</li><li>
Work exclusively with internal teams and supervisors.</li><li>
Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes, health and safety regulations.</li><li>
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing issues.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of all plumbing maintenance and repairs.</li><li>
Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance staff to support hotel operations.</li><li>
Manage plumbing tools, equipment, and materials inventory; report needs to the supervisor.</li><li>
Follow all hotel safety policies and procedures strictly.</li></ul> 

Qualifications

 This role is key to keeping our hotel operating at maximum capacity. This is a varied and interesting position where your skills as an electrician, plumber or painter will be put to good use and you will continue to develop your skills in all kinds of maintenance areas. Working in a small but efficient team you will take on daily tasks inside and outside hotel rooms, guest and public areas and even within the F&amp;B environment.
