The Role
The Senior Construction Engineer (Civil) is responsible for overseeing and managing all civil construction activities on ADNOC Onshore projects, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements. The role represents the PMC in supervising EPC Contractors during site execution.

 <div>Construction Management
<ul><li>Supervise and monitor onshore civil and structural construction works including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, roads, buildings, drainage, and underground utilities.
</li><li>Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
</li><li>Coordinate daily site activities with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and other discipline teams.
</li></ul>Project Control &amp; Coordination
<ul><li>Review contractor construction plans, work methodologies, schedules, and resource mobilization.
</li><li>Track construction progress and report deviations, risks, and mitigation plans to the PMC Construction Manager.
</li><li>Interface with engineering, procurement, HSE, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution.
</li></ul>Quality Assurance &amp; Control
<ul><li>Ensure implementation of approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
</li><li>Review and approve work inspection requests (WIRs) and site technical queries related to civil works.
</li><li>Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality requirements and international standards.
</li></ul>HSE Compliance
<ul><li>Enforce strict adherence to project HSE policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
</li><li>Stop unsafe work practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
</li></ul>Contractor Management
<ul><li>Supervise contractor performance and productivity on site.
</li><li>Identify construction issues and resolve them in coordination with contractors and engineering teams.
</li><li>Review contractor progress reports and verify quantities for progress measurement.
</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.
</li><li>Support preparation of weekly and monthly construction progress reports.
</li><li>Review and contribute to as-built documentation and final handover dossiers.</li></ul></div>

Expected:
