Key Responsibilities</div><div>

Qualifications &amp; Experience</div><ul><li>
Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering (e.g. civil, mechanical, chemical, etc.), Environmental Sciences, or a related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Several years of experience in M&amp;A (Due Diligence) project management, with a focus on at least one of the following; EHS Due Diligence, ESG Due Diligence, Technical Due Diligence, Commercial Due Diligence, Social &amp; Culture Due Diligence within corporate, consulting, or private markets (General Partner (GP), Limited Partner (LP), Infra-Fund, or adjacent) environments.</li><li>
Proven track record managing complex and integrated Due Diligence processes in the context of multi-phase M&amp;A transactions.</li><li>
Fluency in English (verbal and written), one additional European or language Arabic is a plus.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both client and internally facing, and experience in managing multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience in environmental consulting or adjacent industry sectors (e.g. mining, renewables, infrastructure, oil &amp; gas, chemical, technology) is a strong plus.</li><li>
