Job Description

To remain at the pool area at all times during his / her duty hours and look after the safety of pool users (children and adults).</li><li>
To maintain the swimming pool water quality, ensuring no side effects are caused to pool users.</li><li>

Qualifications

Must hold a valid lifeguard certification issued by a recognized government authority.</li><li>
Up-to-date first aid and CPR certifications are mandatory.</li><li>
Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience as a lifeguard or pool attendant, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.</li><li>
Excellent swimming and rescue skills with the ability to respond quickly in emergencies.</li><li>

The ideal candidate will ensure that all pool systems operate efficiently, meet hygiene and safety standards, and provide guests or residents with a safe and enjoyable experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of swimming pools, jacuzzi, water fountains, and related systems.</li><li>Check and maintain water quality parameters (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, etc.) in compliance with health and safety standards.</li><li>Operate and maintain filtration systems, pumps, heaters, dosing systems, and control panels.</li><li>Carry out routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot faults in pool mechanical and electrical equipment.</li><li>Ensure timely backwashing, chemical dosing, and filter cleaning.</li><li>Identify leaks, plumbing issues, and mechanical failures, and perform or report necessary repairs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and water test results.</li><li>Monitor inventory of pool chemicals, tools, and spare parts; request replenishment as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and environmental regulations related to chemical handling and pool operations.</li><li>Assist with maintenance of pool surroundings, including tiles, lighting, drainage, and safety signage.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls or system alarms.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma, technical certificate, or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing maintenance.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in pool or water feature maintenance.</li><li>Good knowledge of pool filtration, circulation, and chemical treatment systems.</li><li>Understanding of water chemistry and ability to test and balance water conditions.</li><li>Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical components.</li><li>Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have?</li><li>Do you have a valid QID?</li><li>If selected how soon can you join?</li><li>what's your current salary?</li><li>what's your expected salary?</li></ul>
