 The
 
 &ldquo;Project Procurement Senior Specialist&rdquo;
 
 reporting to the Purchasing Manager working in the Purchasing Department, will implement project procurement and supplier strategies for plant engineering systems and technical products in group-wide projects of Aras Kargo, extending from Azerbaijan to Austria, with a particular focus on Turkey and Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or related areas, with a strong background in solution sales of complex systems (logistics experience is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge about plant engineering systems (sorting/warehousing systems, etc.) and technical products (parcel locker systems, etc.)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in contract and project management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and implement project procurement and supplier strategies for plant engineering (e.g. sorting systems, warehousing systems) and other technical products (e.g. parcel locker systems) for group-wide projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct complex procurement processes in an international environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, project management, finance) including the category manager (located in Austria) to define procurement requirements and specifications and project goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead complex price and contract negotiations, including contract management in Turkish and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop the specific supplier network in collaboration with the category manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct ongoing supplier and risk assessments to ensure compliance and performance.
 </li>
