What you will do
The End-to-End Project Manager based in Istanbul/Turkey is responsible for leading the successful delivery of New Product Innovation, Modifications of existing products and Portfolio lifecycle initiatives across the RAMET region (Russia, Africa, Middle East &amp; Turkey). This role drives cross-functional alignment from project initiation through product launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The role is part of RAMET Supply Chain team and serves as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams, providing governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio oversight. 1. Project &amp; Launch Management<ul><li>

Develop, maintain, and regularly test organisational and country-level Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPPs) and contingency plans, in line with recognised humanitarian standards (IASC, CHS, Sphere).</li><li>
Monitor early warning information, seasonal risk forecasts, and contextual indicators (including climate, conflict, displacement, epidemiological trends) and escalate emerging risks to the Head of Emergency Response &amp; Preparedness, senior management and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>

Coordinate preparedness assessments of existing and prospective partners in priority geographies, including conducting field visits where required to assess emergency response capacity and readiness.</li><li>

C. Supports Emergency Response Activations

 PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
 
 
 
 To execute the weekly ordering cycle, maintain accurate replenishment parameters, analyze inventory and forecast, and support key supply chain processes to ensure the Distribution Center is fully prepared to meet operational needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Execute the daily work to ensure the correct weekly ordering cycle,

 Calculate replenishment based on the guidelines and logistics parameters,

 Analyze in transit and on hand inventory levels,

 KEY QUALIFICATIONS

 University degree in a relevant field

 Excellent command of English (spoken &amp; written)

 Minimum 3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or purchasing (preferred)
