 Strong CRM/ATS skills and confidence managing structured data

 Proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytics tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience tracking KPIs related to account management, BD, or recruitment
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with stakeholders in the Gulf is a plus
 </li>

 Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
