Purpose:<ul><li>
Senior Product Specialist reporting to GULF Sales Manager, is a key link between the company and the healthcare professionals.</li><li>
The PS will be based in Kuwait &amp; responsible for promoting a registered product or group of products to a variety of customers including physicians, pharmacists, and relevant decision-makers in hospitals and pharmacies in public institutions and private hospitals.</li><li>

The Clinical Specialist &ndash; Wound Closure will provide expert clinical and technical support for Johnson &amp; Johnson&rsquo;s advanced wound closure portfolio across hospitals and surgical centers in Kuwait. This role is responsible for ensuring the correct and safe use of our sutures, and tissue closure devices in the operating room (OR), offering clinical education, and supporting healthcare professionals in achieving optimal patient outcomes.
The Clinical Specialist will act as a trusted partner to surgeons, nurses, and operating room teams while collaborating closely with the commercial team to strengthen product adoption and reinforce Johnson &amp; Johnson&rsquo;s leadership in surgical care.
Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence, and industry trends. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
