<ul><li>Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.<ul><li>
High School diploma. Associate degree preferred</li><li>
Training in custodial services use with Carpet Shampooers, Carpet Extractors is preferred.</li><li>
Familiarized with safety training on proper handling of linen, blood borne pathogens, and bed bugs.</li><li>
A valid US driver&rsquo;s license is required, and able to obtain Local Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Secret Clearance</li><li>
Must have valid US Passport.</li><li>
Must be US citizen.</li></ul></li><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
Two (2) years experience</li></ul></li><li>
Skills:<ul><li>
Practices, methods, equipment, tools, and materials used in custodial work and carpet cleaning.</li><li>
Characteristics and use of commercial custodial compounds.</li><li>
Principles and practices of working safely</li><li>
Must be able to complete a task when instructed to do so by the Manager, or USG Customer.</li><li>
Must be able to assist in the preparation of Internal Work instruction and prepare work schedules.</li><li>
Must be flexible and have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to recognize and quickly resolve customer issues, lead the custodial team, and work independently with little or no supervision.</li><li>
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at any given time.</li></ul></li><li>
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.</li><li>
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).</li><li>
Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.</li></ul></li><li>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</li><li>
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.</li><li>
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.</li><li>
Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.</li></ul></li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
