Support Lead Construction Manager to Identify best practices and effective innovation to the Owner and provide background information, costs, and benefits to enable the best practices to be effectively disseminated;</li><li>
Support Lead Construction Manager to Identify areas where a &lsquo;continuous improvement&rsquo; approach to construction management could bring benefit;</li><li>
Provide &lsquo;buildability&rsquo; advice to the project team at Package-level; and</li><li>
Support Lead Construction Manager to create plan, co-ordinate and manage asset transfer of civil infrastructure into maintenance and operation.</li><li>
Support Lead Construction Manager with monthly initiative-levels reports as PCC (Project Control Consultant) who will be overseeing a supervision consultant/s shall include:<ul><li>
The progress of construction works including identification of delay with subsequent cause and follow up action(s);</li><li>
Details on performance trends (Earned Value Management metrics) and progress updates at the initiative and project level are captured in the reporting period; this includes any necessary visuals and commentary narratives highlighting summaries, challenges (Top Risks &amp; Issues) and associated response strategies.</li><li>
Payments made to contractors;</li><li>
Any health and safety incidents at the site, and events involving damage to property;</li><li>
Any clarifications or instructions issued in connection with the construction contracts;</li><li>
Any variations made or applied for under the construction contracts;</li><li>
Any extensions of time and adjustments to the contract price made or applied for under the construction contracts;</li><li>
Any suspensions of work on the site;</li><li>
Any inspections or tests completed on the site;</li><li>
Any force majeure events;</li><li>
Any disputes under or in connection with the construction contracts; and</li><li>
Any other information reasonably required by the Owner.</li></ul></li><li>
