As a Project Planning Engineer ,You will be responsible to prepare, monitor, and control project schedules for EHV Substations (400/220/132 kV), Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) works, and Underground Cable (UGC) projects up to 400 kV, ensuring proper planning, forecasting, and reporting in line with project objectives.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Accountabilities</h2><ul><li>
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project for all phases&mdash;design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.</li><li>
Prepare baseline schedules, resource histograms, S-curves, manpower plans, and cash flow projections.</li><li>
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to update progress and identify delays.</li><li>
Track and report project progress, critical paths, and variances against baseline schedules.</li><li>
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule recovery plans.</li><li>
Analyze project risks, time impacts, and prepare EOT (Extension of Time) support documents when required.</li><li>
Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project plan.</li><li>
Attend project meetings and present schedule updates to management and clients.</li><li>
Support tendering teams with planning inputs, preliminary schedules, and resource estimates.</li><li>
