Coordinate between service provider, contractor &amp; Royal Commission</li><li>
Responsible for coordination and oversight of field construction operations within assigned projects.</li><li>
Determines contractor&rsquo;s workforce requirements. Coordinates established area operational plans.</li><li>
Monitors work activities and ensures the quality of work performed.</li><li>
Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.</li><li>
Reviews daily reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, contractor personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast.</li><li>
Ensures the activities of the assigned contracts are in compliance with specifications and schedules.</li><li>
Responsible for the implementation of client/project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned projects.</li><li>
Coordinates activities with other disciplines or areas and clients&rsquo; resident representatives, as instructed by the Resident Engineer.</li><li>
Ensures that client, Bechtel and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility. Ensures the Zero Accident Philosophy is</li><li>
incorporated into every aspect of construction operations. Actively participates in scheduled safety meetings.</li><li>
Implements Six Sigma tools, analysis, and decision making in the execution of duties.</li><li>
Interact with all RC Department to coordinate all related to Permits and inspections</li><li>
Closing contracts (Commercial/Technical) handover to custodian Department</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education and Experience Requirements:</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
University Degree in Electrical discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of contract documents, and the contractor&rsquo;s responsibilities.</li><li>
Experience providing daily safety and quality inspections of Contractors&rsquo; physical works related different electrical power project as transmission lines and high voltage substations.</li><li>
Experience working with construction contractors, administering and verifying compliance with contract documents, specifications, materials, equipment and scope of work. Experience in High</li><li>
Voltage, Medium Voltage, Substations, instrumentation and low voltage systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of the Project ES&amp;H Handbook, including solid knowledge of risk and hazardous conditions.</li><li>
Knowledge of Bechtel and client work procedures.</li><li>
Experience reviewing Contractors&rsquo; submittals, work method statements, safety plans, quality plans and traffic control plans for compliance with contract documents.</li><li>
Experience reviewing and processing the contractor&rsquo;s monthly pay invoices.</li><li>
Experience reviewing and monitoring the Contractors&rsquo; project schedules.</li><li>
Experience writing correspondences to contractors.</li><li>
Experience in providing supporting information and documentation related to submitted claims.</li><li>
Closing contracts (Commercial/Technical) handover to end-user</li><li>

Serve as a resource for training/mentoring colleagues with less experience.</li><li>
