<p>SeattleNTC subspecializes in difficult-to-treat depression and other treatment-resistant psychiatric/neuropsychiatric problems. Our group offers ECT, TMS, VNS, esketamine/Spravato&reg;, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and ketamine infusions. We also offer SAINT Depression Therapy! These services are key components of the network of care for patients in the 5-state region surrounding Washington State. We lead one of the busiest ECT services in the Western US. Our five clinic sites provide a large portion of the TMS and esketamine treatments in Western Washington. Our focus is on clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care.</p><p>In addition to specialized clinical care, SeattleNTC has a growing research portfolio, including studies involving ECT and TMS outcomes, vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) for treatment-resistant depression, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Our clinic is a training site for senior Psychiatry Residents from University of Washington, Providence-Sacred Heart (Spokane WA), and Billings Clinic (Billings MT).</p><p>The ideal candidate for a position on the medical staff at SeattleNTC is a talented person with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient- and team-centered care. Preference is given for candidates with two or more years psychiatry experience. We would love to meet you if that experience includes TMS, esketamine, and/or IV ketamine, but we particularly value the ability and the strong desire to work in a cohesive team!</p><p>SeattleNTC employs adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists, some of whom have additional fellowship training in neuropsychiatry or geriatric psychiatry, as well as 2 PAs. JOB DEFINITION:</b></p><p>
Support, Advocacy, Growth and Employment (SAGE) is DESC's comprehensive outpatient mental health program. SAGE intake specialists, case managers, psychiatrists and nurses assist adults with severe and persistent mental illness in their journey towards recovery. Long-term case management services are provided including help with obtaining and maintaining housing, improving clinical and social stability, and enriching their level of independence and self-sufficiency.</p><p>
SAGE services are licensed under the Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery and are provided under contract with King County Mental Health, Chemical Abuse &amp; Dependency Services Division. Services are provided within a Recovery model.</p><p><b>
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p><b>
Case Management:</b></p><ul><li>
Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary and multi-departmental team providing on-going case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses.</li><li>
Collaborate with DESC&rsquo;s Scattered Sites Supportive Housing team in the development of client care and housing retention plans.</li><li>
Provide outreach and engagement services to assigned clients, to initially engage clients and maintain working relationships.</li><li>
Conduct psychosocial assessments; develop goal planners with consumer participation; facilitate linkages to collaborative resources when appropriate.</li><li>
Assume primary responsibility for coordinating all aspects of consumers' support and goal planners. This includes: providing and/or coordinating the delivery of psychiatric treatment; substance abuse treatment; 24-hour support services; and performing acute case management to facilitate consumer access to food, clothing, housing, medical care, financial assistance and vocational training or employment.</li><li>
Advocate for consumers' access to community resources and services, ensuring that consumers' needs are met and rights maintained; consult and collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of care.</li><li>
Travel locally to outreach consumers; make home visits and assist with home inspections, annual recertifications, address and report any maintenance related concerns and housing retention barriers.</li><li>
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment; tolerate unusual or unpleasant behavior.</li><li>
Provide counseling, as qualified.</li><li>
Fulfill role of protective payee for some consumers on behalf of the agency, creating monthly budgets with consumers, distributing funds, and assisting with purchases.</li><li>
Establish and maintain professional relationships with landlords and property managers, assisting in building rule enforcement and lease compliance as necessary.</li><li>

Living Conditions:</b></p><p>
Support your clients with achieving and maintaining healthy living conditions. This can include but is not limited to attending care conferences related to living conditions, outreaching and supporting clients in their residential units with tools and skills to maintain their units, coordinating with housing staff, participating in cleaning out clients&rsquo; units, and documenting barriers to maintaining healthy living conditions.</p><p><b>

Participate in psychiatric consultation, supervision, program meetings and in-service trainings; participate in clinical reviews and case conferences for consumers on caseload.</li><li>

Comply with the agency's clinical accountability policies and procedures; maintain current and complete clinical and administrative records; participate in quality assurance reviews when assigned.</li><li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to meet Washington Department of Health requirements for registration as a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) or any other superseding credential.</li><li>

The LEAD Program Manager role is part of the Community Justice Let Everyone Advance with Dignity formerly Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) team &amp; Recovery Navigator Program funds that supports ETS&rsquo; mission through helping Law Enforcement divert individuals engaged in low-level drug offenses and prostitution from the criminal justice system to case management services. These clients will be provided goods and social services that are hoped to help cut down on their legal recidivism.</li><li>
The LEAD PM will be working in conjunction with other REACH domains focused on LEAD &amp; RNP work including Outreach, Housing, &amp; Integrated Care domains.</li><li>
Oversee &amp; help facilitate data collection, data reporting, &amp; program evaluation efforts for RNP &amp; LEAD.</li><li>
This role makes a critical difference at ETS by taking responsibility for day-to-day supervision &amp; leadership development of LEAD Supervisors through regularly scheduled individual meetings and clinical supervision.</li><li>
The program manager will be responsible for collaborating with reach leadership regarding the day-to-day supervision of various staff working directly or in conjunction with this role. This may include staffing all reached domains including outreach, community justice, housing and integrated care. The program manager will work in close coordination with CJ Associate Director, Seattle LEAD Program Manager, REACH Directors and other REACH leadership to ensure effective communication, collaboration and service provision. The program manager will maintain effective collaborative relationships with all internal reach and external partners and community stakeholders.</li><li>
The nature of this position is extremely independent, requiring creative thinking, multitasking, time management and organizational skills, public speaking and excellent interpersonal conflict resolution skills.</li><li>
The position is full-time onsite, and the days and hours are M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It will require traveling between REACH/LEAD office &amp; various jurisdictions supported by the LEAD program in South King County &amp; Seattle.</li></ul><p><b>

The LEAD Program Manager role is part of the Community Justice Let Everyone Advance with Dignity formerly Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) team &amp; Recovery Navigator Program funds that supports ETS&rsquo; mission through helping Law Enforcement divert individuals engaged in low-level drug offenses and prostitution from the criminal justice system to case management services. These clients will be provided goods and social services that are hoped to help cut down on their legal recidivism.</li><li>
The LEAD PM will be working in conjunction with other REACH domains focused on LEAD &amp; RNP work including Outreach, Housing, &amp; Integrated Care domains.</li><li>
Oversee &amp; help facilitate data collection, data reporting, &amp; program evaluation efforts for RNP &amp; LEAD.</li><li>
This role makes a critical difference at ETS by taking responsibility for day-to-day supervision &amp; leadership development of LEAD Supervisors through regularly scheduled individual meetings and clinical supervision.</li><li>
The program manager will be responsible for collaborating with reach leadership regarding the day-to-day supervision of various staff working directly or in conjunction with this role.
