Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement and Support<ul><li>Collaborate closely with BA, Developers, Solution architects, PMO, and operations teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the lifecycle.</li><li>Liaise between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, test coverage, support for test automation and quality-related issues, including troubleshooting test failures, environment issues and tool integration challenges.</li><li>Participate actively in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) to represent quality and test automation perspectives.</li></ul>
5. Tooling, Innovation and continuous improvement<ul><li>Evaluate, recommend, and implement test automation, performance testing, and quality engineering tools and frameworks that align with the Client&rsquo;s technology stack.</li><li>Explore and adopt innovative approaches such as AI-assisted testing, model-based testing, and test impact analysis where relevant.</li><li>Continuously optimize test suites (e.g., prioritization, parallelization, environment usage) to reduce cycle time and improve feedback speed.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance test coverage, and increase automation maturity across teams.</li><li>Utilize mobile app testing tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, and Detox for mobile automation and implement CI/CD/CT pipeline orchestration to enable continuous testing with automated smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.</li></ul>
6. Documentation and Knowledge management<ul><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test automation frameworks, standards, test suites, and execution processes.</li><li>Document and share lessons learned, best practices, and guidelines for effective automation of quality.</li><li>Perform any other duties outside the scope as and when required.</li></ul>

Threshold Qualifications: 
 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Software Engineering (IT)</li></ul></div><ul><li>Professional certifications in Software Testing Automation.</li><li>Extensive expertise in Tricentis TOSCA automation tool, NEOLOAD performance testing tool</li><li>ISTQB, Cypress/Appium certifications, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, CI/CD would be an advantage.</li><li>Certifications in mobile testing tools (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, Detox)</li><li>Xray Certified Practitioner (JIRA Xray Test Case Management) - Preferred</li></ul> 

Experience: 
 
<ul><li>Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation across UI, API, and integration layers.</li><li>Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks and suites for enterprise-level applications.</li></ul> 

Technical Skills: Tosca Automation Specialist: 
 
<ul><li>Tosca Installation Setup, Server management, Tosca Commander workspace navigation, Scanning modules.</li><li>Test Data Service (TDS) for data creation, Test case design (TCD), Test data management (TDM), Setting up Distributed Execution (DEX) agents.</li><li>Parameterization, Synchronization, Simulation, Integration testing.</li><li>Proficiency in Selenium, JMeter/LoadRunner, REST/SOAP, Postman, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Detox</li><li>Scripting language for test automation (Java, JavaScript, Python)</li><li>CI/CD/CT Pipeline Experience: Integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) to establish continuous testing workflows. Experience with CI/CD/CT orchestration and pipeline management</li></ul>
